Carolyn Ferguson, FSMPS, CPSM helps firms develop winning strategies for securing new work as they prepare for project interviews. She has coached A|E|C teams for 25 years helping them secure high-rise office buildings, healthcare facilities, convention centers, professional and collegiate stadiums, as well as new airport terminals – successful interviews equating billions in project work.
From developing presentation content to delivering clear messaging, Carolyn provides proven presentation skills training for both groups and individuals. She creates a safe training environment where professionals are able to identify their individual challenges and begin improving immediately.
